About Us
Reuser Industrial Park is proud to be a part of the Cloverdale community. We are dedicated towards keeping small businesses and jobs in our area. Our park is an excellent location to establish a new or growing business and has proven for our tenants to be a reliable place for their businesses to continue to operate and succeed.
Stewardship
At Reuser Industrial Park, we are committed to engaging in the best environment and safety practices. This includes always being on the lookout for future ways our park can make improvements to become more environmentally friendly; in the past, such improvements have included the addition of a solar paneled carport to the park as well as the addition of photocells and LED lighting around the park. All tenants of our park are required to follow all state fire safety and environmental codes which is enforced with scheduled inspections.
History
Reuser Industrial Park is a sister company of Reuser Inc. Reuser Inc's founder, Bruce Reuser, started construction on the industrial park in 2005 when he noticed a need in our community for industrial space for small businesses. Reuser Industrial Park has been fully operational since 2009, but has only continued to develop since then. We are constantly looking for ways to advanced our park both for our tenants as well as our community at large.
